Modern slavery statement

We curate a small collection of short-stay homes across the UK. Our direct suppliers include cleaners, laundry services, maintenance contractors, welcome-hamper producers and a handful of software providers. All of our operations are in the United Kingdom.

We work with cleaning and maintenance teams we know personally. Everyone is paid at or above the Real Living Wage, invoiced fairly and paid on time.

We favour local, independent producers for hampers and consumables. Where we can, we ask suppliers about their own labour practices before we place recurring orders.

The highest risks in short-stay hospitality sit in outsourced cleaning and laundry. We meet each team in person, agree written terms, and check in every quarter with the people doing the work, not only the person invoicing us.

We do not use zero-hours contracts for our own hires. If a supplier chain shows warning signs, we raise it, and we're prepared to walk away from a contract rather than accept poor practice.
