How does booking direct with Wick & Co work?

Choose your dates on the home's page, add guests and your details, and we'll confirm your booking by email. Booking direct means no third-party service fees, and any question comes straight to us.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am. Every home uses self check-in with a code we send the day before, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Is there parking, and can I charge an electric car?

Yes. Every Wick & Co home has free off-street parking, and Ember House has its own EV charger on the driveway.

Is the hot tub included, and is it ready when we arrive?

The private hot tub at Ember House is included with every stay and is heated, chemically balanced and ready for you to use on arrival.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Our homes are family-friendly. A travel cot, children's cutlery, toys, books and streaming are all available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund of anything paid. Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable, though we will always do what we can to move your stay to another set of dates.

When do I get the door code?

We email practical arrival details, including your door code, a few days before check-in. The code works from 48 hours before arrival.
