How much is the pet fee?

£35 per pet, per stay, for additional cleaning. It appears as a line on your quote at checkout.

What if my pet damages something?

The lead guest is liable for any damage caused by a pet. Tell us as soon as you notice an issue so we can arrange repair or replacement.

Can pets be left alone in the home?

No. Pets must not be left unattended inside the home.

Is every Wick & Co home pet-friendly?

Only homes marked pet-friendly accept pets. The booking flow will hide the pets field on homes that are not.

Are gardens enclosed?

Homes with gardens are fully enclosed. Always check the property page for outdoor details that matter for your pet.

There is a £35 additional cleaning fee per pet, per stay. That covers the extra turnaround work after animals have been in the home. It is not a damage deposit: if a pet causes damage, the lead guest is responsible for the cost of putting it right.

Check the individual home page before you book, add pets at checkout on pet-friendly homes, and read the house rules in your confirmation. If you are unsure whether your animal fits — for example a larger breed, multiple pets, or something other than a dog or cat — send us a note and we will confirm before you pay.
